Sword & Snow

The more you win, the more you feed the undead.

Armies clash for territory, but every force you defeat rises as undead. Crush enough enemies and you haven't dominated the board. You've condemned it.

Victory has a price.

In most games, defeating your rivals is the goal. Here, it's the problem.

Every win feeds the dead

Each force you defeat rises as undead. The harder you fight, the stronger the threat grows.

Every alliance is a calculation

How much do you need this player alive? Without them, the undead grow beyond what any army can hold.

One desperate move left

A player with nothing to lose can stop fighting the undead and let them take everything. A loss for the board, and a win for them.

Ink, snow and blood.

Sword & Snow plays out across a frozen realm painted in watercolor, where cold beauty hides a bloody struggle for control.

  • Area control with a twist: winning feeds the threat
  • Alliances you can't afford to lose, and can't fully trust
  • A last resort that lets a desperate player doom the whole board
